Some GoldMine customers who have choosen to install a 64bit version of MS Office have discovered that their GoldMine Link for Word has stopped working. This is because IVANTI, the manufacturer of GoldMine has not released a version of the GoldMine Link for Word that works on 64 bit versions of MS Office.
In the following video, I demonstrate how you can merge contact information from the GoldMine database directly to a Word Document.
